How much does it cost to hire a mobile bar?
Cost depends on a multitude of factors such as: bar size, product selection, type of bar, location, other requirements such as glasses, cocktails or not, staff and so on. Our rates are reasonable and we welcome you to contact us for a quotation based on your specific requirements.

What licence do you require to run a mobile bar?
A Temporary Event Notice (TEN) is required to carry out a licensable activity on unlicensed premises. If your venue already has a premises licence and additional one is not required.
For each event we handle all licensing requirements at no cost to our customer and provide fully trained personal license holders for all our bars. A license is usually only required in the case of 'paying' bars.

How much notice do we need for the application of the licence?
The application requires a minimum of 4 weeks before the date of the function to ensure that the application is successful.

Where can you supply a mobile bar?
We can supply a mobile bar to any venue (assuming it meets the licensing requirements) this can be in a wedding venue, village hall, marquee, garden parties or general function room.

Can the bar be set up anywhere?
Yes, as our bar structures are mobile and designed to be positioned anywhere. To ensure the space we require is adequate we need to be aware of venue size and number of guests attending.

What geographical areas do you cover?
From our headquarters in Leicester we can provide a nationwide service.

How long does it take you to set up the bar?
Most bars can be set up within 2 hours where possible we like to allow extra time to ensure that all refrigeration units are at the right temperate before will stock them.

What do you supply with your bars?
We supply all the items that a bar would supply. These include the bar itself, drinking glasses suitable for a range of different types of drinks (also available in plastic) refrigeration for drinks, draught pumps with coolers, professional staff and the alcoholic and soft drinks.

 

What drinks can you supply?
We are able to supply nearly all product lines including many exclusive or premium brands.

What prices would the drinks be?
We do not believe in charging over the odds for drinks. Our drinks prices are normally in line with the average local bar (in most cases even less).

Can I choose my drinks if I wanted a theme night?
Yes as long as we have notice we will try and accommodate you.

Can you supply glasses/disposable glasses?
Yes, we supply a full range of glasses including flamboyant, cocktail, standard and disposables. Pricing for all such glasses depends on the level of quantity and quality required. This would be included in a costing.

How many guests can we have?
We have no restriction on numbers, however you do need to be aware of local licencing rules as well as the maximum capacity for the venue.

Do you have any insurance cover?
Yes, we have Public Liability and Employers Liability cover for every event we complete.

How far in advance do we need to book you?
As soon as possible as we cannot guarantee the booking until the booking fee has been received.

Is a booking deposit required?
Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon confirmation of your booking to lock in your requested date. The balance of your payment is due 30 days before your event.

How do we pay?
We accept Cheques, BACS transfer or cash as methods of payment.
